Microsoft has recently released a version of Win11 Moment 3 that updates Group Policy to provide more detail about the “Install updates as soon as they become available” option.
To enable this Group Policy, follow these steps:
- Open the Start menu and type gpedit.msc to load the Group Policy Editor on your Windows 11 computer.
- Navigate to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Manage End User Experience > “Enable services that are turned off by default to introduce new features”.
- Set the policy to “Enabled” to install and activate all features immediately.
Some Win11 devices can test the new features, while others need to wait or use the ViveTool tool to enable them. With this option enabled, users can enable and test these new features by default.
