Intel has launched its newest series of all-small-core processors, the N100-N300 series. Along with this release, the U300 series, with one large + 4 small cores, will also hit the market.
Acer will be equipping some of their devices with the Intel U300 processor, which boasts impressive specifications such as one large core and four small cores, a core frequency of 4.4GHz, a core display of 48EU, and an OpenCL run score of nearly 9000 points.
The U300 processor supports DDR4 and DDR5 memory, including up to LPDDR5-5200 and DDR5-5200, and allows dual-channel memory.
This new processor is expected to be utilized in entry-level notebooks and mini-computers.
